Nottingham Cellars
Founded in 2007, Nottingham Cellars set out to craft world-class Cabernet Sauvignon. Along the way, our passion for Sauvignon Blanc emerged, alongside our drive to explore a diverse range of varieties and styles. Today, we produce our flagship Napa Cab and Russian River Sauvignon Blanc, complemented by small-lot, experimental wines that highlight historic vineyards and California’s rich viticultural heritage.
Our winemaking team is tasked with producing a diverse set of small-lot wines each year, exploring the rich and varied landscape of California viticulture. These wines often come from historic vineyards with unique soils and microclimates that allow us to showcase different varieties, regions, and winemaking styles. Many of these small-lot creations are produced as member exclusives, with total production traditionally limited to 10 barrels or fewer, ensuring every bottle reflects careful craftsmanship and our dedication to quality.
